Terms of Service

1. What you get
Engimini helps you practice conversational English. You send a voice message, and Engimini replies with:
- Corrected/cleaner wording (when needed)
- Short explanations
- A voice reply to continue the conversation
2. Free trial
New users receive 10 free interactions (no payment method required).
3. Subscriptions & pricing
We offer:
- Monthly: $19 per month
- Yearly: $90 per year
Taxes may apply depending on your location (handled by our payment provider).
3A. Promotions, coupons, and referral rewards
We may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, referral rewards, or time-limited offers from time to time. Each promotion may have additional terms (for example: eligibility, expiration, one-time use, or non-transferability). Promotions may be changed, paused, or ended at any time unless prohibited by law. Unless we state otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and do not apply retroactively.
4. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew.
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in Settings. Subscription management and payment support may also be available via Paddle's customer support portal.
We also aim to notify you ~24 hours before the renewal charge.
If you disable auto-renew, you keep access until the end of the paid period; after that, access ends unless you renew.
5. What is an "interaction"
Important for refunds & usage
One interaction means:
- You send one voice or text message to Engimini, and
- Engimini returns your response (text feedback and a lively voice reply).
We do not count your initial free trial (10 interactions) toward paid-plan refund thresholds.
6. Refund policy
Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy page, which is part of these Terms by reference.
7. Acceptable use
Use Engimini for language practice. Do not use the service to break laws, harass others, or attempt misuse of the system.
8. Minors
If you are under the age of legal adulthood in your country, you must have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase a subscription. A parent/guardian may purchase and manage the subscription on your behalf.
9. Service changes & availability
We may update features over time. We try to keep the service available, but outages can happen.
10. Payments provider
Payments are processed by Paddle as our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Charges, invoices, taxes, and payment support may be handled by Paddle.
