Refund Policy
Effective date: 16 Feb 2026
How refunds work
Payments are processed by Paddle (our payment provider).
You can request a refund by emailing us at support@engimini.com or via Paddle's buyer support portal.
Refund amount
If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the amount you actually paid at checkout (including any discounts or promotions applied) and returned to the original payment method.
Monthly plan
You can request a full refund if both conditions are met:
- Within 7 days of the paid subscription start date, and
- You have used fewer than 30 paid interactions since the paid subscription started.
Yearly plan
You can request a full refund if both conditions are met:
- Within 14 days of the paid subscription start date, and
- You have used fewer than 60 paid interactions since the paid subscription started.
What counts as an interaction
One interaction = one user voice message + Engimini's response (text feedback + voice reply).
The initial 10 free interactions are not counted toward paid usage thresholds.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@engimini.com with:
- The email used for purchase (or transaction details)
- The reason for refund
- Approximate usage (we will verify)
If Paddle buyer support contacts you directly, follow their instructions; we will cooperate to resolve the request.
Bonus time / referral rewards
Bonus access time granted as part of a referral reward or promotion has no cash value and is not refundable.
Fraud / abuse
We may refuse refunds in cases of proven fraud, chargeback abuse, or clear policy violations.
