• Technical data necessary to run the web app (e.g., auth tokens)

2. Why we collect it

• To provide the service (process your messages, respond, track your plan and limits)
• To improve quality and prevent abuse
• To provide customer support

3. Voice processing

Voice messages are processed to generate transcripts and responses. We store only what's necessary to operate the service and provide continuity.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle. We do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the product (e.g., hosting, analytics if used, payment provider).

6. Retention

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize it.
